Buyer be warned......after you make a purchase here, they WILL NOT refund you even if you are not happy with the product you paid for. The floating shelves are cheaply made and will not sit level with the brackets they came with. I am gravely disappointed with the quality of these shelves.”

“Buyer beware! Ordered a custom cabinet Aug 4th based on sample I was shown in store. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks. At the end of September I still hadn’t heard from them so I called and was told yes it was in but my call must have slipped thru the cracks. Upon delivery the cabinet was a totally different color and the height was different than my paperwork. Instead of trying to resolve it I was forced to file a dispute and wait another month before the owner finally contacted me to offer a replacement. I then had to wait another 4-6 weeks for new cabinet delivery. Great we thought until we tried to install the sink and countertop once the new cabinet arrived. We then discovered the sink and faucet hole were cut incorrectly. This was FOUR months after placing the original order. Upon calling the owner to express my disappointment and frustration I was told they could remedy the situation but it would take an additional 2-4 weeks because of the holidays. When I stated that was unacceptable he told me he’d send a refund and hung up as if I had no right to be angry and frustrated. In the end, I did get refunded for the countertop and a cabinet the correct color but it certainly wasn’t the easiest transaction. If you decide to purchase here just allow lots of lead time, double and triple check everything and be prepared for a not so smooth experience.”

“I ordered a custom door and provided both the rough opening and the existing door size. I explicitly communicated my concern about sizing, given that custom doors are nonrefundable. When the door arrived, it did not fit. The manager, Charles, stated that if the door did not match what was on the paperwork I signed, I would be responsible for any costs. When I attempted to explain the situation, the discussion was shut down immediately. Additionally, the door arrived with visible damage directly from the manufacturer (not caused during transport, as it was properly wrapped in paper and moving blankets). Given that I paid approximately $1,100 and that damaged materials result in rescheduling, lost labor costs, and client frustration, I asked whether some form of credit could be provided. I was not asking for a refund or a specific amount- only a small, reasonable credit (even something minimal) in exchange for repairing the damage myself so my client would not experience further delays. I also offered for this to be applied as a future store credit if a refund was not an option. The only solution offered was to bring the door back in, which would have caused additional delays and further financial loss on my end. When I reiterated that I was simply looking to avoid wasted time and unnecessary costs, I was told it sounded like I had a specific amount in mind, which I clarified I did not. The overall tone of the interaction felt dismissive and lacking in consideration for the realities contractors face when materials arrive damaged. This is disappointing, as I had planned multiple upcoming kitchen and bathroom projects using their products. Based on this experience and the response from management, I’ve decided to move forward with other suppliers.”
